Zamioculcas is simple to growing conditions, pest-resistant and highly decorative so widely used for interior landscaping. The purpose of the article – to investigate features of vegetative reproduction of leaf and stem cuttings of zamioculcas with the using of root stimulants. So following tasks were treated: to identify the plant hormones that are stimulants for leaf and stem cuttings rooting and to set the duration and effective rooting auxin concentration for rhizogenesis of zamioculcas cuttings. After exposure to aqueous solution of auxins zamioculcas cuttings were planted in river sand, and some remained in the water. After evaluating rhizogenеsis leaves and stem’s cuttings we planted it in the universal soil and systematically conducted observation of young plants. The success of rooting of zamioculcas using IAA, IBA (25, 100 mg /l) and the action of phytohormones mixture (IAA+IBA 25 + 25, 50 + 50 mg/l) was studied. Kinetin, IAA and IBA at a concentration of 100 mg/l were proved as toxic. Rooting leaf cuttings in water zamioculcas is weak. The duration of rooting is 60–90 days but the tubers in substrate are in a condition of rest for four months. Bigger tubers formed on stem cuttings, as well as leaf cuttings, which are after processing auxin were planted in river sand.
