Abstract

The given article is devoted to the research results on the complete morphometrics of two freshwater snail species of the genus Viviparus Montfort, 1810. The complete morphometry of the shell of the investigated species was carried out. Measured height and width shells, height and width mouths, height latter turnover height and width lids. The analysis of variance and discriminant one are carried out. It was in studies revealed that the level of sexual dimorphism in viviparus is different. The diversity in two genders mostly concerns the total shell measurements.
